Deep Hip Opening Yoga Flow | 30 minutes

Join me in this yoga flow to sink deeper into the hips to feel release and opening. This class is intended to create more space in the body, especially for those who spend a lot of the day sitting. A slower-paced vinyasa yoga flow with long holds in specific postures. Feel grounded and rooted to the earth and a sense of release and opening after this practice.
